Delta Offering Non-Stop Flights Grand Rapids Airport To Orlando

There are thousands of flights that take off from hundreds of United States airport in any given day. They are going to various domestic and international destinations but what many people may not know is, every airline provides different services at each airport. This means that you may have to endure layovers and connecting flights to reach your final destination. Michigan has both small and large airports that see billions of people a year, Grand Rapids is considered to be the second busiest in the state.

As someone who is a frequent Delta customer, I believe they are one of the best, if not the very best, airline for domestic flights although they are quite expensive. Personally, I don't mind paying a little more money for the comfortability and convenience that Delta is able to offer their customers. I may like the amenities and other advantages that Delta has to offer but they aren't perfect.

Non-Stop Flights From Grand Rapids To Orlando Courtesy Of Delta Airlines

I spend a lot of time flying out of Grand Rapids and the size, location, and options available at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) are perfect. The only thing I don't enjoy about GRR is the restrictions on non-stop flights. Just like many other small airports in America, there are only so many places you can fly without having a layover.

Well, that list is changes for customers of GRR as one of their airlines will be adding another non-stop destination to the services they offer. Delta is adding non-stop flights to and from Orlando, the 5th destination non-stop destination out of GRR for the airline. This will take some time to develop as they are not planning to offer these services until December.

The new non-stop flight service to and from Orlando will be on Delta’s Embraer ERJ-175 plane. This announcement comes shortly after Avelo Airlines announced that they would be offering non-stop flights from GRR to both Orlando, Florida and Raleigh, North Carolina.
