NSRA Street Rod Nationals Coming To Kalamazoo Michigan

I remember being a young kid and going to car shows with my dad and uncle or accidentally walking into one that was at the middle school next to my house. My uncle was always apart of these extravagant shows as he always had a show car. Whether it was the insanely large tires and rims or the classic box chevy, he was rolling in style. essentially, I'm saying we all know of a time we've seeing the best cars of our lives.

I have never been a car guy that knew all the ins and outs and different things about the different brands, but I am still intrigued by the beauty that a vehicle presents. The cool thing about car shows is that they bring out so many different eras of cars and people that bond of the love of cars. Kalamazoo is lucky to have the Gilmore Car Muesum here in town, but we are always welcoming of a car show.

The NSRA Street Rod Nationals North are coming to the Kalamazoo County Expo Center from September 20th to September 22nd, 2024. There is a chance for anyone who wants to register their vehicles that are 30 years or older at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel on Cork Street. Registration is on Thursday September 19th from Noon to 6 pm or Friday September 20th from 9 am to 6pm. Price of registration for vehicles is $50.00 for an NSRA member, and $85.00 for a Non-Member.

Spectators will be allowed to view the event for the following hours on the following days:

Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The admission price for the spectators is as follows:

• $20.00 – 13 YEARS AND OLDER / $6.00 – CHILDREN 6 THROUGH 12.
• FREE – CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
• $45.00 – FAMILY – 2 ADULTS & 3 CHILDREN (12 YEARS AND YOUNGER).
• A special discounted $18.00 admission is available for military personnel with proper military identification, NSRA members with their current membership card or anyone 60 years of age and older.  One discounted admission per person.
