Carter won the Kalamazoo County Regional Spelling Bee to earn himself a spot in the Scripps National Spelling Bee to try and win the big crown.

There are also people out there that only like the Super Bowl because of the parties that are loaded with food and drinks. Every party is different but in Michigan these are must haves for the Super Bowl Spread.

They also won that playoff game and now have themselves even closer to a super bowl, although this is unprecedented for some fans, this is nothing new for the Lions. They are just entering another one of their dynasty decades.

Back then, they were playing in the Pontiac Superdome before having Ford Field built for them in Downtown Detroit in the year of 1999 and opened for the first game in August of 2002. In 2016 they made the playoffs but were on the road, this time, the Detroit Lions will be playing postseason football in front of its fans.

The Jaguars took care of business on the gridiron wiping the turf with the Eagles 59-10, but all of the real action happened after the game.

There are almost one hundred buildings and sports arenas making up the campus now but none of them are more storied or important to the school than Heritage Hall, which is now the Bronco Alumni House.

The Alumnae Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. is hosting a Black Business Expo on Saturday November 18th.

This is an 8-hour event as you can enjoy the entertainment, drinks, food, and the concert from the time you walk in the door until they turn on the lights and kick everybody out for the day

There are plenty of houses who give out full size or king size candy bars and other cool treats, but they aren't all open for service at the same time.
