I am not the biggest fan of Christmas but even I can admit that the holiday lights that shine bright are one of the best parts of the holiday season. Some people take it above and beyond what everyone else has done, creating a true spectacle with the decorations they choose to hang up while others keep things a little more modest but still get into the spirit.

I know there are a ton of people out there like me that don't get too much into the Christmas spirit for various reasons but there are people who have more than enough holiday cheer to make up for us. I just can't believe that some of these people go through all the work that they do to hang up their elaborate designs, I'm sure it takes hours. Either way, the kids are absolutely fascinated with the light shows, so whether you like the Christmas season or not, here are some places to visit in the Kalamazoo area with the best Christmas lights.

I'm not 100% sure who went about making this public group page on Facebook, but they have done all the work for us. On the Kalamazoo Area Christmas Lights Facebook group there is a link that sends you to the map that you'll find below, displaying all of the Christmas light displays in the Kalamazoo area. These displays may be from someone's personal house or a business and stretch as far as Benton Harbor.

There are tons of posts within the group showing maps of where the displays are, posts sharing flyers and other information about light shows and other holiday events happening in the area, and much more surrounding the Christmas Lights in the Kalamazoo area.
