Thousands Of Cans Of Popular Soda Recalled In Michigan
Yes, the title does say soda but let's clear something up quickly before we get too far into this thing. It is not called soda; it is called pop and has always been called pop. I will forever call this drink pop, and nothing will change my mind. Now that we've gotten the housekeeping notes out of the way, it's time to get to the real business of the day.

Many of us like to enjoy a nice cold pop on a hot day in the summer, others need the caffeine to keep them moving throughout the day and purchase a Big Gulp every day. Lastly, some of us like to have a pop with our meal or simply just like the taste of pop. Now, all pops are not created equally as there will always be debate on which one taste the best.
What we won't debate is the healthiness or lack thereof in pop as all of them are unhealthy. Every once in a while, pop will run into the same misfortune that other products do, the recall curse. There is one pop that has been sold in all over the Midwest including Michigan that is under recall.
Coca-Cola has recalled thousands of pop cans for foreign object contamination. Coca-Cola has recalled over 10,000 cans because of possible foreign object contamination in the cans. The recalled cans were sold in 12 packs and feature the date code of: SEP2925MDA and are time stamped at: 1100-1253, in total on 864 12 pack cases were affected.
The recall was initiated on March 6th by the U.S Food and Drug Administration but there was no public address released. So far, it is unclear if any injuries or deaths have come from the recall, but the FDA has reclassified this incident to a Class II recall.
