Someone Left An Open Mountain Dew Sitting On The Feta At Meijer
Recently, drama broke out online over a ridiculous situation captured on video of someone leaving their Mt. Dew in the Feta Cheese section at a Meijer in Kalamazoo.
A woman was recently shopping when she came across something that seriously needs to be addressed. An open bottle of Mt. Dew perched on top of containers of feta cheese. I know, it almost makes you sick just thinking about it.

The woman who posted the video goes off, as she too is shocked by the situation:
My Feelings on the Situation
That is UNBELIEVABLE. She really needs to call corporate and get a damn good explanation as to why they allow things like this to happen. As a matter of fact, why the Hell haven't we gotten a statement from Meijer regarding the incident?
Meijer claims to be "Pure Michigan," but this is not the kind of values they based their origins in when they first opened as Thrifty Acres. The heart and soul of this company's core values have gone to the wayside if they're just gonna act like this never happened.
SHE HAS THE WHOLE THING ON FILM! I'm headed there now to ask for the security footage because this is BS. Children shop there with their parents! I guess we can't take kids anywhere anymore.
They really need to keep the Mountain Dew and other dangerous pops that contain bio-engineered chemicals and extreme sugar levels behind a special lock or something. Someone could have been shopping to make Greek salad, gotten home and started prepping in a bowl, and as they began to add the feta, they mistakenly end up pouring Mt. Dew all over the salad.
Or God forbid a gyro. Why are we selling something having to do with mountains anyway?! WE LIVE IN MICHIGAN! Kalamazoo isn't even close to mountains, and we have enough dew after sunrise to go around for everyone. I'm shaking. I'm so frustrated; I need to calm down before I become unhinged.
